15:00-18:00: Optional exploration of the surrounding area: hikes in the Harz Mountains, gentle yoga sessions, or nature walks.
19:00 : Fire & Flame Dinner regional cuisine, first connections, and authentic conversations in the hunting lodge.
Monday, 31 August – Back to the roots
Turning old into new – overcoming challenges
8:00 : Morning Activation – E-bike tour and forest picnic.
11:00–13:00 : Workshop I: Start-Up Vibes meets Co-Creation How we think MICE 2.0 from a modern entrepreneurial perspective.
13:00 : Business Lunch Regional, creative, inspiring.
14:30-17:00 : Discovery Tour Supplier Spotlight with intensive networking sessions: new connections, inspiring conversations, and ideas for MICE 2.0.
19:00 : Gourmet Dinner Immerse yourself in the Harz with all your senses.
Tuesday, 1 September – From idea to implementation
Practical, creative, sustainable
Until 10:00 Uhr : Breakfast
10:00-12:00 : Myth hike & sound bowl experience walk and talk through the Harz mountain landscape.
13:00 : Lunch & Learn Good Talks & regional specialties.
14:30–17:00 : Workshop II: MICE 2.0 – from concept to execution. Building on Workshop I: strategies for event planning, innovative solutions to challenges, and real added value for hosts and MICE clients.
19:00: Dinner at a Special Location Authentic atmosphere, regional cuisine, shared laughter.
Wednesday, 2 September – Reflect & recharge
Take aways for MICE 2.0
Until 10:00 : Breakfast & Check-Out
10:00 Uhr :Closing session: key learnings and concrete ideas for your own practice.
