5.00 pm – Welcome & Opening Session Welcome, getting to know one another and an introduction to the retreat’s theme: How are places, people and business models changing – and what does this mean for the future of the MICE industry?
7.00 pm – Welcome dinner in a special setting A joint kick-off with inspiring conversations and initial ideas.
Monday, 26th April – Re-Inventing Places
How places tell new stories and reshape encounters.
08:00 am – Morning Activation: Burn, Breath & Brunch.
11.00 am-13.00 pm – Workshop I: Re-Inventing Business: From Tradition to Transformation
Supplier Spotlight – How are companies, destinations and event formats evolving? Together, we’ll discuss new ways of thinking for the MICE industry and the importance of creativity, innovation and collaboration.
1.00 pm–2.00 pm – Business Lunch A culinary exchange featuring regional produce and fresh perspectives.
3.00–5.00 pm – Experience Walk & Talk Discover inspiring event venues, innovative concepts and hosts who are reshaping Zurich as a MICE destination.
From 7.00 pm – Gourmet Dinner An evening of indulgence, conversation and Zurich hospitality.
Tuesday, 27th April – From Vision to Action
Turning new ideas into tangible experiences.
Until 09:30 am – Breakfast at the B2 Hotel Zurich
10:00 am–14:00 pm – Workshop II: Future Experiences Building on the insights gained from the business retreat, we will develop concrete approaches for our own event practice: New formats, sustainable experiences and added value for organisers, hosts and participants.
2.00 pm – Lunch & Learn Joint discussion on trends, challenges and opportunities in the future MICE industry
From 3.00 pm – Individual departures
