The sun rises in the east
The east Hotel, formerly an iron foundry in Hamburg, was transformed into a design masterpiece in 2004 by Jordan Mozer, a star architect from Chicago. It combines hotel, restaurant, lounges, bars, events and meeting facilities in a unique ambience. The sly is its own microcosm of timeless design, combining old buildings with typical Berlin courtyards and a greenhouse as the heart of the bar and restaurant. With its rooftop sauna, workspace and meeting facilities, sly is the latest hotspot in East Berlin.
