The special highlight is over 30 art rooms, each individually designed by various artists. Concerning the building materials, a focus was placed on using recycled materials or lower CO2 alternatives. Thus, Villa Viva was constructed using low CO2 concrete and wherever possible, concrete with recycled components was used. Moreover, in many areas, walls were intentionally left unplastered, and the floor in the guesthouse and stairwells remains predominantly visible screed.
