A contact point for private & family-run hotels who want to launch the German MICE market to use their full potential and place your event opportunities with the right target group. Stephanie Kubik has been an active business development expert for more than a decade and is committed to diversity, creativity, and solution-oriented work.
She is particularly passionate about strategy, digital innovation, personalized marketing, H2H sales, value-oriented new work, internationalization, and mentoring.
During the biggest crisis in the MICE industry, she built a new international community of privately and family-run hotels/venues and innovative event planners. The community is growing and now has over 1,000 members.
As an international speaker and consultant, she regularly appears on stages, sharing her knowledge in keynotes, panels and masterclasses, and providing impact for the further development of the industry.
