A contact point for private & family-run hotels who want to launch the German MICE market to use their full potential and place your event opportunities with the right target group. Stephanie Kubik

Stephanie Kubik has been an active business development expert for more than a decade and is committed to diversity, creativity, and solution-oriented work.

She is particularly passionate about strategy, digital innovation, personalized marketing, H2H sales, value-oriented new work, internationalization, and mentoring.

During the biggest crisis in the MICE industry, she built a new international community of privately and family-run hotels/venues and innovative event planners. The community is growing and now has over 1,000 members.

As an international speaker and consultant, she regularly appears on stages, sharing her knowledge in keynotes, panels and masterclasses, and providing impact for the further development of the industry.

Customers refer to her as the “Matching Queen”—this special skill for bringing the right people together at the right time makes her a valued strategist and networker.

Julia Drexel

– Eventmanager

Julia Drexel gained her first experience working at the reception desk of her grandfather’s family-run hotel. It was there that a crucial milestone was set early on: her desire to work in the service industry and to interact with people.

Her training at a hotel management school in Austria opened the doors to the international hotel industry for her. This was followed by stints in the USA, England and Australia, where she gained valuable professional and personal experience. After four years, her career path led her to London, where she moved into event, music and marketing management. Her passion for new technologies, combined with her experience in the hospitality industry, ultimately paved the way for her role as an event and marketing manager for major international clients.

Today, Julia Drexel works in a global environment with over 50% remote working arrangements. In an ever-changing world of work, she sees flexibility and agility as key factors for success. For her, one thing is clear: those who remain open to new approaches can achieve lasting success.

Carolin Wehmer

– Content Creator

Carolin Wehmer has been at home in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years and has worked as a social media manager and content creator for over 10 years. Photography is her greatest passion and forms the basis for her work at the intersection of visual language, storytelling and digital communication.

As a photographer, she tells stories that are authentic, moving and leave a lasting impression. Her versatility is key: rather than limiting herself to one area, she draws inspiration from the full spectrum of life, and this is precisely what is reflected in her content.

Since 2025, she has been supporting Stephanie Kubik on national and international projects, business retreats and community events, and assists the SK team with her visual language, her experience and her instinct for genuine, impactful content.
