From 3.00 pm – Arrival & check-in at the ASTRAEA Eco Resort Arrive at a place that combines nature, sustainability and modern hospitality design – and creates the perfect setting for inspiring encounters.
4.00–5.30 pm – Welcome & Opening Session Human × Brand × Experience – Why Meaningful Connections Matter
Welcome, getting to know one another and an introduction to the retreat’s theme: How are expectations of brands, places and experiences changing?
And how do we create experiences that not only attract attention but also forge genuine connections?
7.00 pm – Welcome Dinner – The First Experience A shared start to the event featuring regional cuisine, inspiring conversations and the first personal connections.
Monday, 4th October – Designing Experiences That Matter
How brands come to life through places, people and stories.
08:00 am – Morning Activation: Connect Body & Mind An inspiring way to start the day – for focus, energy and new perspectives.
11:00–13:00 – Workshop I: From Brand Presence to Brand Experience How brand moments become lasting experiences

How do authentic encounters between brands and people come about?
Which formats create emotional connections and a lasting impact?
Exchange ideas with inspiring hosts, brand experts and MICE partners.

3.00 pm – 5.00 pm – Sensory Branding Journey: The Venue as a Brand Experience An immersive discovery tour through the ASTRAEA Eco Resort: How does a venue become a space for experiences? How can architecture, nature, cuisine and storytelling bring brand values to life?
5.00–7.00 pm – Relax & Reflect
From 7.00 pm – Signature Dinner Experience A special evening that demonstrates how the most powerful memories are created through atmosphere, connection and emotion.
Tuesday, 5th October – From Experience to Impact
Turning ideas into impactful experiences.
Until 09:30 am – Breakfast & Reflection A joint start to the day, sharing insights and inspiration from the retreat.
10:00–13:00 – Workshop II: Creating Moments That Matter – From Idea to Experience Together, we’ll develop approaches for the future of the MICE industry:
How do we design events that truly bring people together?
What role do purpose and sustainability play?
How do we create added value for brands, organisers and participants?
1.00 pm–2.00 pm – Lunch & Learn Insights, trends and personal takeaways from two days full of inspiration and discussion.
