Monday, 31 August – Back to the roots
Turning old into new – overcoming challenges

10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Workshop I: Back to the Roots – MICE 2.0 in practice How to confidently overcome challenges in sales, rethink events using existing resources, and turn complexity into opportunities
1:00 p.m.: Business lunch regional, creative, inspiring
3:00–5:30 p.m.: Gondola speed dating intensive networking sessions high above the Harz Mountains: new contacts, inspiring conversations and ideas for MICE 2.0
7:00 p.m.: Dinner BBQ & fireside talks Evening conversations, music, stories by the fire
Tuesday, 1 September – From idea to implementation
Practical, creative, sustainable
Until 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast & free start to the day
10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Workshop II: MICE 2.0 – from concept to implementation Building on Workshop I: Strategies for event planning, innovative solutions to challenges, real added value for hosts and MICE customers
1:00 p.m.: Lunch & Learn shared exchange over regional specialities
3:00–5:00 p.m.: Tour of an old mine history, inspiration and ideas for new event formats
From 7:00 p.m.: Dinner at the Jägerhütte authentic atmosphere, regional cuisine, shared laughter
Wednesday, 2 September – Reflect & recharge
